• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• Check-in is at 15:00, check-out is at 11:00.
• Accommodating of extra persons above the maximum capacity of units is not possible (except babies).

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier department, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Surrounded by pine trees and near the center of Vourvourou, you will find the family business of studios for rent “Ta Pefka”.
All of the studios have a veranda with a view of the sea and the mountains and the distance from the sandy beach is 50 meters.

In the surrounding area the visitor can find a parking area as well as a barbeque while at a near distance there are super-markets, a bus station, etc.

Accommodation

Pefka Studios & Apartments consists of 4 studios and 4 apartments located on the ground floor and on the first floor. The object was renovated in 2001.

The furnished units, with air conditioning (A/C), have a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, bath and television and can accommodate up to 4 people. All units are about 30m2, fully furnished and have one or two spaces. All have 2 balconies, but the balcony on the back side is shared.

Studio: one space of 30m2 and can accommodate up to 2-3 persons. Extra bed can be added on request. Three studios ate triple and have double bed and sofa bed, while the 4th is quadruple and has double and two single beds.

Apartment: two spaces of 30m2 has one room with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, in the second space is fully equipped kitchen, 1 sofa bed, bathroom and terrace. Can accommodate up to 2-4 persons.

All accommodation units include: TV, free WiFi internet, mosquito nets, sea view in the front and mountain view in the back. Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels is done every 5 days.
