Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Pearl Villa is located in Polichrono on the Kassandra peninsula, only 130m from the beach.

The facility offers accommodation for 2 to 5 persons and provides Wi-Fi internet, TV, air conditioning, BBQ, and private parking.

Accommodation

Pearl Villa consists of four apartments and two maisonettes.
Each unit has a terrace offering garden views, a satellite flat-screen TV, a dining area, a well-fitted kitchen, and a private bathroom, a hair dryer, and free toiletries. An oven, a fridge, and a stovetop are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Maisonettes have large four-burner ovens.

Each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every two days (all these services are included in the price).

Ground floor units may be suitable for people with disabilities. There is a double apartment and an apartment with two bedrooms. However, it is important to emphasize that there is no ramp or handrails in the bathroom that are suitable for people with disabilities.

There is a guaranteed parking space, at a distance of 100m from the accommodation.
