• Supplement for extra bed 10 EUR/per person/night.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: The tourist tax (2€ per day/room) is not included in regular prices.
• A deposit of 40% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 10 days before arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later or in case of a no-show, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

• Check-out time: before 11:00 am
If you wish to extend check-out time, you must contact the reception in advance.
For check-out time extension up to 18:00, an extra charge of 50% of the price.
For check-out time extension after 18:00, an extra charge of 100% of the price.

Description

Pearl Mansions is a collection of four luxurious villas and an apartment located in a complex of 8 apartments located in Nikiana village. The complex combines the beauty of a mountainous landscape with the clear blue shades of the Ionian Sea and it is only 1 km away from the beach.

Accommodation

All units have a seating area. Some units include a terrace and/or balcony. There is also a dining area and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and oven. A microwave, a toaster and refrigerator are also provided, as well as a kettle. Every unit is equipped with a private bathroom with a bath and free toiletries. Towels and bed linen are available.

The complex consists of 4 villas and three of them are the same: Rose Pearl, Rosaline Pearl, Lavender Pearl, while Maroon Pearl has a private pool.

This stylish villa can accommodate up to six people at a time. It features 3 well-designed bedrooms. The bedrooms consist of a king size bed, a double bed and two twin beds in each room respectively. Two of these rooms have access to en-suite bathrooms, with a further main bathroom available. With a total of 3 bathrooms in the villa, the two en-suites provide modern showers, with the common bathroom containing a bathtub.
