Located in Siviri, on the Kassandra Peninsula, about 500 meters from the sea, Pavlidis Studios Villa offers fully equipped accommodation units, surrounded by a blossoming garden with colorful flowers. They are suitable for a stay of 3 to 6 people.

The complex is suitable for couples, families and groups of friends, who are looking for a vacation in a peaceful environment, and within a short walking distance there are mini-markets, cafes and taverns that will complete the enjoyment.

Pavlidis Studios has: Studios for 3 adults (1 double bed and 1 single bed), Studios for 4 adults (1 double bed and 2 single beds), Comfort Studios for 4 adults (1 double bed and 1 large double bed) as well as an apartment for up to 6 people (1 double bed, sofa and 2 single beds).

The studios are simply decorated, but fully equipped to provide their guests with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable vacation, each unit includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a stove and a kettle, a TV, free wireless Internet, a fan and a private bathroom with a shower or bathtub. The apartment is located on the ground floor and faces the street, it has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, kettle and coffee machine, as well as a small stove with an oven and two hotplates.

Private parking is available to guests, as well as terraces with outdoor furniture that offer guests a pleasant stay outdoors.
