Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

The Pavezzo Country Retreat comprises a group of old renovated houses built on a hill slope at the edge of the village Katouna on the beautiful Ionian island of Lefkada. Built in the late 19th century and home to ten families, the properties have been converted into exquisite houses, maisonettes and apartments with a shared pool, gardens and verandas as well as two independent villas with private pools.

Each house has its own unique style, decorated with elegant antiques, furniture and artwork giving it a natural, rustic and romantic flavor – a perfect combination of old school glamour and simplicity with today’s modern comforts.

The individual properties sleep from two to six people and collectively can accommodate up to 34 guests so are ideal for couples, families and small groups of friends looking for an idyllic escape on their own as well as for larger groups looking to holiday together or celebrate a special occasion.

Lygaria Cottage

Ethereal and stunning, romantic and loving, lost in peaceful natural woodland, as the fairy tale, where you can relax and drift away. “The little house for two”, it could be the house of Snow White. If you are looking for something special you have just found it! The Lygaria cottage can accommodate comfortably only the two of you.

Maisonette Avra

A beautiful small, stone, two-story house with access to the shared swimming pool and gardens. Maisonette Avra has a cosy living room, bathroom and small equipped kitchen on the ground floor with a spacious bedroom upstairs that provides colourful views of the village below. Maisonette Avra can accommodate two people.

Kohili Apartment

A cosy, quirky house with exposed brickwork, wooden roofs and partitions. The house comprises a living room, master bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen and has access to the shared swimming pool, large veranda and a colorful garden. The Kochili house can accommodate up to three people.

Levanta Apartment

Apartment Levanta is a spacious two bedroom house. Bright living room and bathroom. Built at street level and in the heart of Pavezzo. You will love it. Levanta can accommodate up to 4 persons.

Maisonette Chloe

A beautiful two-story house with its own veranda and access to the garden and swimming pool. The ground floor is divided into the lounge, kitchen and bathroom whilst the large bedroom complete with romantic canopy bed and spacious veranda occupy the upper level. Maisonette Chloe can accommodate up to three people.

Maisonette Daphne

A spacious split level house with living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and stone stairs that lead to the large bedroom with rustic, romantic antique iron bedstead. The bedroom opens out onto the enormous private veranda with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and olive groves. The house has access to the shared swimming pool, large veranda and a colorful garden. Maisonette Daphne can accommodate up to four people.

Maisonette Agrabeli & Agioklima

This split-level house at the border of the village can be used as a single house or two completely separate houses each with their own individual bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and pool - either a private outdoor pool at Agrabeli's garden or an indoor pool built on the rock of Agioklima. Decorated with antiques and a chic sense of luxury, maisonette Agrabeli sleeps 2 people and maisonette Agioklima can sleep up to 4 people.

Villa Myrtia

This two-story stone villa built in the late 19th century has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen built out of stone, wood and marble and decorated with rustic authentic antiques. Outside the villa boasts a private dining terrace, private swimming pool and gardens, all with a stunning view of the surrounding countryside. This villa can accommodate up to six people.

Villa Honeymoon

A very spacious two bedroom, two-story renovated stone mansion built in the early 20th century. Villa Honeymoon is beautifully furnished with stunning antique furniture and paintings. The villa offers total privacy with its own large swimming pool set amidst the century old olive trees. Villa Honeymoon can accommodate between two and six adults.
