Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 20 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Patroudis House is located on the northwest side of the all-green Thasos island - in Skala Rachoni right at the junction. The sandy beach is only 350 meters away and there is an organized beach bar with pool and a tavern with quality food. They can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

The studios are located 5km from Rachoni, 3 km from the port of Prinos and 12km from Limenas, in an area of 3 acres of age-old olive trees. In walking distance there is the supermarket and the pharmacy. Also, the health center is located about 5km away in Prinos.

In Patroudis House you will have the opportunity to taste local organic products directly from the tree or the vegetable garden Children can have a carefree all-day play in the playground and the garden.

Accommodation

Patroudis House consists of 4 studios (22m²). 2 studios are located in the front of the building and the other 2 in the back. Two studios have a shared balcony with a TV.

All studios have a double bed and bunk beds, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, toaster, kettle, stovetop), a bathroom with shower, TV, Wi-Fi internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer and iron.

There is also a BBQ grill in the garden, an open shared kitchen and chairs and tables, so you can eat next to your children playing in the playground.

There is a spacious private parking lot and a playground in the yard. Cleaning is done after 3-4 days.
