• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Patriko Villa is set in Nea Peramos, region of Kavala, at the distance 150m from the central beach and 50m from the center. Although it is located in the center of the settlement, it is very quiet there even in the high summer.

Accommodation

Apartment is on the ground floor with 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other with shower), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. Kitchen contains a stove with oven, fridge, kitchenware.

In the first bedroom there is a double bed, in the second twin beds and in the third one a double bed and a semi-double bed (a little bit smaller than standard). In the living room there is a sofa bed and, if needed, one extra bed can be added.

The accommodation has no stairs, it is only 2 steps above the road.

Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels take place every 4-5 days.
