• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Patriko House is located in Agios Nikolaos, on the peninsula of Sithonia, 2km from the beach. It is a good quality object that offer peace and everything that is important for comfortable stay.

Accommodation

Patriko House consists of two apartments (50m2) that can accommodate up to 5 persons each.

Both apartments have 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and kitchen area with sofa bed.

Accommodation units include: kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, terrace, TV, WiFi internet. Each apartments contains 2 AC, one in living room and one in bedroom.

Apartments are located on the high ground floor and on the first floor.

In 2020 the owners also put fire extinguishers in the apartments and also large mirrors in each bedroom. Tablets for a plate of dishes are available in the kitchen. Every 4 days I give sheets and sheets, When a family stays 7 days or more there will already be changes in the closet.
