• Deposit of 20% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 61 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest, and the fees are borne by the beneficiary.
• If a reservation is cancelled 60-01 days prior to arrival or in case of a no-show, the prepayment is not refundable.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Smeštaj za svaku preporuku! Izvanredno čisto, uredno, novo. Sačekala nas je divna, veoma ljubazna gazdarica. Šta kod da zatreba tu je za minut. Plaža je blizu apartmana, nekoliko minuta hoda. Izuzetno pogodan smeštaj za porodice sa decom. Sve pohvale!:relaxed:

Smestaj za svaku preporuku i za svaku pohvalu. Bili smo sa dvoje male dece 2 i 3 godine, Patrko je idealan za porodice, smeštaj besprekorno čis i prostran, lepa velika terasa. Maria jedna divna osoba spremna u svakom momentu za pomoc , savet i preporuke. Prostrana peskovita plaža udaljena na pet minuta hoda, U svakom slučaju smeštaj zaslužuje 5*. Nadamo se ponovnom dolasku!

Ostao nam je jos jedan dan prelepo provedenog odmora u apartmanu Patriko, nazalost. Smestaj je veoma udoban, cist, i vlasnici su veoma gostoljubivi. Velika terasa sa prostorom za rostiljanje, ostavlja poseban utisak. Razmisljali su o svim mogucim detaljima, ponovo dolazim ovde.
