Set in Nea Peramos about 150m from the sea, Patricia Apartment is a large duplex apartment in the loft, above the Patriko Villa, with an independent entrance. Although it is located in the center of the settlement, it is very quiet there even in the high summer.

Accommodation

It contains 2 separate bedrooms with double bed each, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (oven, kitchenware, refrigerator), A/C, LED TV, free Wi-Fi internet, a living room with sofa bed and 2 folding beds and a balcony.

The replacement of bed linen and towels takes place every 4 days.
