• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Just 200m from the beach of Limenaria in Thasos, Studio Passa offers self-catered accommodation with free WiFi and patio. The village center with shops and restaurants is only 100m away.

A kitchenette with cooking hobs, electric kettle and fridge is included in all accommodation types at the Passa Studio. Each comes with air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower. Some units offer a separate bedroom and a dining area.

Apartment includes 1 double bed and a bunk bed in the bedroom and in the other room sofa bed with drawer bed. It is about 30m2 and is located on the same level as the road is. Next to the apartment is studio with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, and is about 35m2.

Apartment in semi-basement is about 30m2 and includes 2 rooms with 2 single beds in one room and single sofa bed in other room.

Studio in semi-basement is about 20m2 and includes 2 single beds.

Free private parking is provided at the property. The port of Prinos is 20km away. Limenas, the main town and port of Thassos is at 42km.
