Description

Park View Apartment is located in Marousi, a suburb of Athens, on the Attica peninsula. The apartment has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It is excellently equipped and offers great conditions for longer stays and remote working.

Accommodation

The apartment has 130m² and two bedrooms with one double bed each. The living room spreads across 70m² and consists of two lounge areas with two couches each, a desk with a mini library, and a large dining table that can also serve as an office space for smaller teams.

The adjacent kitchen contains a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with an oven, a microwave oven, a toaster, a blender, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a kettle, cooking basics, kitchenware, and a dining area.

The apartment also has a laundry and storage room with a washing machine and an iron and a bathroom with a bathtub and a hair dryer.

It is air-conditioned and equipped with a television, a ping pong table, and high-speed Wi-Fi internet from two different providers to achieve 99.99% availability.

The unit has a private fenced yard with a garden and overlooks Oursoulines Park. There are many free parking spaces on the street in front of the building.

The apartment is located in a quiet area of Nea Lesvos, near the metro station and the center of Marousi.
