Park View Apartment Sykia

Park View Apartment is located in Sykia, on the Sithonia peninsula, 4.7 kilometers from the beach. The apartment is set on the ground floor, completely renovated, and suitable for 5 people.

Accommodation

The apartment has two levels connected by stairs. The ground floor features a living room area with a sofa bed and a kitchen that includes a large fridge with a freezer, a two-burner stovetop, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, crockery and a kettle.

On the first floor is a gallery organized like a bedroom with a double bed. There is no door at the end of the staircase, but it still provides a great deal of privacy (the room is enclosed by walls on all sides). A foldable armchair for the fifth person is also available, and a baby cot can be added on request.

The private bathroom has a shower.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, an ironing equipment and a hair dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided and changed every three days (or earlier if needed). Cleaning is not done during the stay, but cleaning equipment is provided.

Guests have access to a terrace with a table and chairs, as well as a brick barbecue in the yard.

Free public parking is about 20 meters from the accommodation.
