Cancelation policy
• When a cancellation of the booking has been made with a minimum of 15 days notice from the date of check in, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later or in case of no show, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of cancellation during your stay or reduction of period of your stay, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Paramithi Luxury Apartments was built in 2016 in Nikiti, on the peninsula of Sithonia and offers comfortable accommodation for families and couples. It is located in a quiet area of Nikiti, about 450m from the sea and nearby supermarkets, bakery and shops.

Accommodation

There is a total of 8 luxury apartments (32m²) - half of them on the ground floor and the other half on the first floor. The air-conditioned apartments are spacious with high ceilings, large windows, an open balcony and a view of the garden.

Apartment with one bedroom has separate bedroom and kitchen and can accomodate up to 4 persons. There are one double bed and one double sofa bed.

Apartment with two bedrooms has separate kitchen and two separate bedrooms. Master bedroom has a double bed. Attic bedroom has two single beds or one double and it's connected with the kitchen by the stairs. This apartment ideally suits up to 4 people.

Parking space is located in the open-air area and can be used by our guests for free. Guests are welcomed to use BBQ with needed facilities and dining area nearby. Towels are replaced after 2 nights and bed linen after 3 nights.
