Description

Paradise Studios is located in Limenas on the island of Thassos, approximately 550 meters from the beach. Nine modernly equipped accommodation units, along with private parking, a barbecue area, and an outdoor seating space within a fenced courtyard, make this property a practical choice for guests visiting the island.

Accommodation

The property offers a total of nine accommodation units, distributed across the first and second floors, differing in structure and level of equipment. Guests can choose between double rooms, studios, and two-bedroom apartments, depending on their needs and preferred level of comfort.

Double rooms are located on the second floor and are designed for up to two guests. They are arranged as a single space with either one double bed or two joined single beds. These units do not include a kitchen but are equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and an electric kettle, allowing for basic beverage preparation. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower cabin and access to a terrace overlooking the courtyard.

Studios are available on both the first and second floors and are also suitable for up to two guests. They consist of a single open-plan space with a double bed and a kitchenette, making them a good option for guests who prefer a more independent stay. The kitchen area is equipped for simple meal preparation, while the bathroom is separate and includes a shower. Each studio has a terrace facing the courtyard.

Two-bedroom apartments are located on the first floor and are designed for up to four guests. They consist of two separate bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two joined single beds. The kitchen is separate and functionally arranged for everyday meal preparation. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin with a glass partition. Like the other units, these apartments have a terrace overlooking the courtyard and access to a shared outdoor seating area.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. Standard amenities in each unit include Wi-Fi internet, TV, a safe, and a hairdryer. The two-bedroom apartments feature multiple air-conditioning units distributed across different rooms. Terraces are furnished with outdoor seating.

The stay is further supported by regular maintenance – cleaning is performed daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every 2-3 days.

The courtyard is fenced and divided into functional areas. The front section is designated for guest parking, while the rear section is arranged as a relaxation area with natural shade and seating furniture. A barbecue area is also available for all guests.
