• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Paradise Lagoon Villa represents a luxury complex located in Porto Koufo (Sithonia), consisting of a villa and a vast yard on the shore of a lake. It is situated 140 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport and about 700 meters from Porto Koufo beach. The entire complex offers the highest level of comfort—both in terms of the number of rooms within the villa and the spaciousness of the enclosed yard, characterized by an olive grove, meticulously maintained lawn, and direct access to the lake. Upon request, guests can also obtain a rowing boat to enjoy a ride on the lake.

Accommodation

The villa itself includes a living room, three bedrooms (one with a private bathroom), a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. The total accommodation capacity is 8 persons.
The spacious living room features a Smart TV, fireplace, corner double sofa, air conditioning, and access to the balcony.

The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. It includes a large refrigerator with freezer, oven, flat cooktop, extractor hood, kitchenware, microwave, coffee machine, frappe maker, and toaster.

The first bedroom contains a double bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a bath tub.
The second bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a wardrobe, and two smaller double beds. From this room there is access to a furnished balcony.
The third bedroom also has two smaller double beds and air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The bathroom is standardly equipped—with a bath tub, sink, and toilet; guests also have access to a washing machine.

In the yard, there are sun loungers and a built-in barbecue.

The entire accommodation is covered by free wireless internet, and guests have access to private parking.
