Note
• Minimum stay - 3 nights
• There will be also the possibility of having breakfast with extra charge.
• Prices include VAT & Municipality Tax.
• Our prices do not include the enviromental tax! The additional charges paid by the customer directly at the accommodation at the end of the stay are: 1.50 EUR/ per room per day for apartments, and 10 EUR/ per day for House Filitsa.
• Regarding the apartments, our policy for environmental reverence is to change linen & towels every 3 days (thus, there is the possibility for a frequent renewal if requested or needed).
• Additional bed (of an expandable metal kind) can be arranged in most apartments, upon request with a surcharge of 20%.
• Check in time on arrival: 15:00 pm (In case you arrive earlier and your room isn`t ready yet we can take care for your luggage). Check out time at departure: 10.30am.
• The arrival day is considered complete regardless of the arrival time. If any stay is extended after 12:00 untill 18:00p.m, you will be charged a 50% of the day price while the whole day price will be paid if the stay is prolonged after 18:00.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Thus keeping under serious consideration that something unexpected can anytime occur we hereby declare our policy on cancelling reservation.
• If you ever wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us at katfotopoulosrooms@gmail.com or just call us.
• There is no charge at all for cancellation regarding a time period of 21 days before the reserved arrival date. The security deposit is refunded, excluding bank or postal expenses if any.
• In case of cancelation within less than 21 days before the declared date of arrival, guests will be charged with 50% of the total cost.
• Please, take serious note that it is not possible to postpone the date of your arrival, for any reason or case you do not show up on time, as agreed.There is always though the possibility on transferring the dates of arrival /departure on request and depending on availability.
• In order to reconfirm your reservation a 50% of the total cost as an advance of the whole stay will be kindly asked from you to be deposit in a Bank account or PayPal account and cant be less than 2 (nights).
Description
Papanero Katerina Fotopoulos Rooms & Apartments is situated above the quiet Papa Nero beach, and down the village of Mouresi, between Agios Ioannis and Damouchari, on the Pilion peninsula, at approximately half way between Athens and Thessaloniki in continental Greece. For those who only visit Greek islands: the Pilion is the peninsula close to the island of Skiathos the central place.
From the hostel, you have a beautiful view on the Aegean sea and on Papa Nero beach.
Papanero Katerina Fotopoulos Rooms & Apartments is not just an ordinary hotel! It is the typically Greek mixture of a hotel and a room for rent: you rent a room and you are completely independent, but Katerina and the Fotopoulos family are always there when you need them.
They can make your breakfast if you ask for it; if you don't, you can use the tables and chairs in the central place to eat the breakfast you prepared yourself.
For the other meals it's the same: you can walk or drive to one of the many restaurants in Agios Ioannis or Damouhari or you can prepare something yourself in the kitchenette and eat it either on your balcony or in the central place.
Accommodation
Papanero Katerina Fotopoulos Rooms & Apartments offers two types of accomodation:
• There are 10 rooms for 2 persons, consisting of: One sleeping room with a double bed or with twin beds, a spacious wardrobe, and a balcony to allow you to enjoy the magnificent view of the Aegean sea, a kitchenette (with a refrigerator, a boiling ring and all the necessary dinner-things), and of course a bathroom with toilet, wash-basin and shower.
• There are 2 larger apartments for 4 persons consisting of: Two sleeping rooms, each with a double bed or with twin beds, a spacious wardrobe, a balcony over the full length of both rooms, a kitchenette (with a bigger refrigerator, a boiling ring and all the necessary dinner-things) and a bathroom with toilet, wash-basin and shower.
When necessary an extra bed for a child can be added.
A central television set with satellite reception and WiFi ( wireless internet ) in the central place
Social life in Papanero Katerina Fotopoulos Rooms & Apartments is concentrated on the central terrace. Most of the time you can find Katerina or her parents here.
