Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 30 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Panorama Villa is located in Nea Skioni in the south-west of the Kassandra peninsula, 850 m away from the beach. It can accommodate 6 adults and a child, and offers a garden as well as private parking.

Accommodation

The house consists of 2 levels.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, large fridge freezer, oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and dishwasher.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a second bathroom with a shower cabin. A large terrace with a seating area is also available to guests.

The house is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. Bed linen and towels are provided. A washing machine and dishwasher are available, while an iron and ironing board can be obtained on request.

Guests have at their disposal a terrace with table and chairs, a garden with lots of natural shade, an outdoor dining area, as well as a barbecue within the dining area and free private parking.

Small pets are welcome on request.
