Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Accommodation
This property features a large, beautifully landscaped yard and a ground-floor house that includes two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, and a kitchen. The entire house is air-conditioned.
The comfortable and spacious living room includes a corner sofa bed, a fireplace, and a large LCD TV. In the same area, there is a well-equipped kitchen featuring a large refrigerator with freezer, oven, stove, extractor hood, microwave, kitchenware, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.
Both bedrooms are furnished with one large double bed each. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The bathroom is standardly equipped and includes a shower cabin, toilet, and sink.
From the house, you can access a veranda with outdoor furniture, in front of which there is a nicely arranged yard where guests can use a summer pavilion with a dining area and furniture, as well as one parking space.
The entire accommodation is covered with free wireless internet. Pets are not allowed. Guests also have access to a hairdryer and an iron.
