Palm Garden Apartment is set 240m from the city beach in Nikiti, Sithonia, close to the center and all the tourist attractions. This modern and fully equipped apartment is located on the ground floor of the property. It offers a secured parking space.

Accommodation

This brand new house is part of a small compound with its private terrace and large garden for enjoying meals outside. The whole house is available with all the facilities and private parking.

The ground floor apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and dining area and 2 separate bedrooms with a double bed each. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 built-in stovetops, an oven, a fridge with freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster and a coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, hair dryer and washing machine.

From all of the rooms there is an easy access to the private terrace equipped with seating set. The yard is well maintaned.

Towels and bed linen are featured.
