Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

This is a luxury villa located in the beach of Paliouri first in line! This magnificent property is only 5 minutes’ drive from the village center of Paliouri, in the area you will find boat rentals, lively beach bars and all sorts of amenities to ensure a lovely stay!
The villa itself is in a secured property with private parking, private swimming pool, sunbeds and many more! This three-story villa can host up to six guests in three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and one wc are available, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. It’s a fully renovated villa with all the amenities and appliances being up-to-date.
