• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Oxana House on the Beach is located on the sandy beach of Agios Nikolaos in Sithonia. It has three bedrooms, a full sea view, a private garden with barbecue facilities, a rustic outdoor dining area, and parking. It can host up to 7 people.

Tastefully decorated, the house consists of a ground floor and an upper floor, with a total area of 130m². It is located at a slight elevation next to the beach, with a nice path that leads to it. The house offers a beautiful view across the turquoise sea.

The living room and an equipped kitchen are on the ground floor, and three bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom are upstairs.

The house offers a spacious yard facing the sea with lots of greenery, sunbeds and umbrellas, and private parking for guests.
