• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Oxana Beach House St. Nikolaos is located on the sandy Agios Nikolaos Beach in Sithonia. It features three bedrooms, a sea view, a private garden, a rustic outdoor dining area with barbecue facilities, and parking. It can accommodate up to 7 guests.

Accommodation

Tastefully decorated, the house consists of a ground floor and an upper floor, with a total area of 130 m². It is situated on a gentle elevation right by the beach, with a landscaped pathway leading to it. The house offers a beautiful view of the turquoise sea.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with two sofas and a kitchen equipped with an oven and a stove.

On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, each featuring a double bed and individual air conditioning.
The bathroom is standard and includes a shower with a shower tray, toilet, washbasin, and a washing machine. The accommodation also has an additional standard bathroom.

The house offers a spacious sea-facing garden with plenty of greenery, a barbecue, sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as private parking for guests. The entire property is covered with free Wi-Fi internet, and bed linen and towels are provided. Small pets are welcome upon request and with an additional charge.
