Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Designed with relaxation and wellness in mind, Owl Luxury Villas is an ideal place for those seeking tranquility. Situated in Drimonas on the island of Lefkada andapproximately 10 minutes’ drive from Kathisma Beach, these villas are a good choice for families with children and group of friends.

The complex consists of 3 independent luxury villas. All villas have unrestricted views of the sea and the green landscape. They consist of spacious and bright rooms, private bathroom with shower, living room and fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor area of each house has a comfortable terrace with views, private pool, barbeque and dining area.

The Owl’s Nest - 6 guests, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms

Designed to offer comfort and relaxation, the villa consists of an open space with living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with all the electrical household appliances that you may need during your stay. An internal staircase leads to a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. In addition, 2 comfortable bedrooms with double anatomic bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom offer privacy and relaxation. The outdoor area consists of private pool with sun loungers, BBQ, dining and sitting area.

The villa can accommodate 6 persons with the option for 2 extra persons to be accommodated on the double sofa bed in the living room.

The Owl’s Secret - 6 guests, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms

A luxurious cave house of 115m² with modern decoration and unlimited view of the Ionian Sea and the sunset, will offer you all the amenities you will need during your vacation. It consists of 3 comfortable and elegantly decorated bedrooms with a double bed and private bathroom. A open space consisting of living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, compose the rest of the interior of the house. All rooms have access to a large terrace with a private pool with sun loungers, BBQ, dining and sitting area.

The villa can accommodate 6 persons with the option for 2 extra persons to be accommodated on the double sofa bed in the living room.

Bedrooms are equipped with double bed, wardrobe and private bathroom with shower. All rooms have access to a large terrace with a private pool, comfortable sun loungers, BBQ, dining area and sitting area.

The villa can accommodate 4 persons with the option for 2 extra persons to be accommodated on the double sofa bed in the living room.
