Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Overlooking The Tower Apartment is located 300 meters from the beach in Nea Fokea, on the Kassandra Peninsula. The apartment can accommodate 6 people and offers a view of the sea.

Accommodation

The apartment has a living room with a corner sofa bed and two bedrooms - one with a double and the other with two single beds.

The kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a dining table. There is also a private bathroom with a bathtub.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and TV. A free baby cot can be added on request. The apartment is not cleaned during the stay, and clean sets of bed linen and towels are provided, which the guests may change as needed.

Guests have access to a covered terrace with seating and a view of the sea. Pets are allowed on request.

Private parking is not available, but vehicles can be parked on the street next to the accommodation.
