• Baby cot is free for babies up to 1.99 years old. If the child turns 2 during the stay, the cot is extra charge.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

The Oscar Sun Apartments is located in the first leg of Halkidiki, on the Kassandra peninsula of cosmopolitan Kallithea.
Located 400 meters from the magnificent coast, and just two minutes walk from the village center, the excellent location and the beautiful surroundings are an attractive destination for your vacation.
The quiet family atmosphere of the Oscar Sun Apartments with the offered services, intends to make your vacation the most relaxing and beautiful ever.
It is ideal for customers who want a quiet stay close to all popular destinations.
Accommodation
The Oscar Sun Apartments offers comfortable rooms for 2-4 people with in a hospitable and friendly environment. The accommodation consists of 13 rooms simply and elegant decorated .You can enjoy a relaxing, comfortable and relaxing holidays, as our experienced staff is at your disposal on an ongoing basis. All rooms are comfortable and fully equipped. Each room has a separate bathroom and a private balcony.
Cleaning and change of towels and bed linen are done according to the agreement with the guests.
Adjacent to the complex there is FREE municipal parking.
The accommodation has been renovated for season 2025, and more new photographs will be available in May. Small Triple Studio will have brand new furniture like the rest of the units.

Ukratko studia su cista,uredna,ciste se na svaka 3 dana ,stvarno nemam zamerke na smestaj ali imam zamerku na vlasnicu Anu o kojoj sam na bookingu procitala sve naj sve u svemu sto se nas tice daleko od toga da je bila ljubazna cak sta vise arogantna,hotel je kao pet and frendly grdila nas je sto smo hranili macke
