Types of apartments

• A1 Studio - Area of ​​45m2, located on the first floor. This studio has one double bed and one single bed. The kitchen is located at the entrance to the studio. The bathroom is separated by a sliding door and is equipped with a bathtub. It has a terrace.

• B1 Studio - Area 45m2, located on the first floor. In the first room there is a kitchen, as well as a sofa bed suitable for one person. The second room, which is not separated by a door, is equipped with a double bed and a single bed. The bedroom leads out to the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.

• A2 Apartment - The apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 3 people. In one room there is a double bed, as well as a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the WC takes a shower.

• B2 Apartment - The area is 70m2, and the accommodation capacity is up to 6 people. In the first room there is a sofa bed, suitable for one person. And at the door separating the two rooms, there is one double bed, two single beds and a pull-out armchair suitable for one more person. The apartment is equipped with two air conditioners, and guests also have access to a corner terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

Change of towels and bed linen is for 5 days.

In the yard, guests have at their disposal tables, chairs, beds, a summer kitchen, a shower with a water heater and a small children's playground.

Parking is provided for guests.
