• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Lake Plastira is one of the best destinations during the whole year and it is ideal for people who seek for peacefulness and calmness, but for those who love the adventure and the activities which are relevant to the mountain and the lake as well.
In a location surrounded by the forest with a panoramic view of the lake Plastira we created the complex of rooms that we dreamed of, which changed the visitor’s standards concerning the domestic tourism and its benefits.

“Oriades Village”, have been constructed with artistry and taste by two young people who left the life in the city to live in a peaceful and quiet environment and that is the exact experience that they want to share with their visitors.

Always having in mind your personal sense of comfort and your right to luxury, we created a lounge that will warmly embrace you and eight types of rooms, each of which has a different style and decoration.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. In Oriades Village we wake up early in the morning and the owner herself with great love for cooking is preparing local pies with homemade pastry sweets, deserts, cake, apple pies, crullers, omelets from daily collected eggs, chocolate spread, honey from Agrafa, homemade marmalades e.t.c

Heated pool

The Oriades village set as priority your mental and physical relaxation, so we created a separate, independent space for swimming and therapy. Our pool is the latest technology while respecting the natural environment that hosts us , chlorine and chemicals are not used.

Accommodation

Oriades Village can accommodate up to 28 persons. There are several types of rooms. Our main concern is your pleasant and peace full sleep, for this we have picked matrices with special standards.

Standard room 18 m²
• Double rooms with view to the beautiful Agrafa forest. They provide autonomous heating, free internet, TV, refrigerator and free long distance calls (within Greece).

Superior room 22-30 m²
• Cozy and spacious rooms with lake or forest view. Free internet and TV are provided, refrigerator and free long distance calls (within Greece).

Family room 35 m²
• Two room suite with living room for two people. Lake and forest view, free internet , telephone calls, television, refrigerator, which is perfect for a 4 member family.

Duplex apartment 55-60 m²
• All the beauty of nature is concentrated in these wonderful apartments where stone, wood and natural beauties are dominant. They have a feature fireplace, kitchen, one large bathroom, one wc, a lounge, a dining area and a magnificent view of Lake Plastira. They can accommodate a 5 member family or a 4 adults group.

Excursions

Also, we can arrange trips to Lefkas island at Ionian Sea, Acheron River, Perama Cave or Delfi museum or Athens Akropol museum accompanied with local guide. We can also arrange sailing tours at aegean Sea near Volos city or extreme sports at Pindos Mountain. All needed information must be known at least two months earlier in order schedule to be prepared. Groups must be among 6 to 8 people.
