Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Olivia Resort is located in a quiet part of the city of Potos on Thassos island, just a few minutes away from the sea and a 10-minute walk from the center of Potos. This resort is a brand new and modern and will provide you a pleasant holiday in a luxurious environment.

Accommodation

Olivia resort consists of 7 luxurious and modernly decorated apartments and each of them can accommodate up to 4 people. All accommodation units have a kitchenette, fridge, espresso maker, toaster, LCD TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, iron, a safe and a wardrobe. Also, all apartments have air conditioning, a terrace, one bedroom with one double bed and two single beds (or a sofa bed), private bathroom and a surface of 40 m².

The complex has a large garden and two swimming pools with sunbeds where guests can enjoy under the Mediterranean sun. Guests have at their disposal a barbecue, private parking and Wi-Fi Internet, and there is a possibility of staying and pets.
