Cancellation policy
• For a cancellation of booking, a refund to the deposit is only given under the following conditions:
- 0% cancellation fee: If the cancellation of the booking has been made up to 30 days from the check-in day there is no cancellation fee!
- 50% cancellation fee: If the cancellation of the booking has been made between 20 to 30 days from the check in day there is a 50% cancellation fee.
- 100% cancellation fee: If the cancellation of the booking has been made within 20 days from the check in day there is a 100% cancellation fee.

Olive House is located in Elia Beach, a beautiful location between 2 of Halkidiki's most popular holiday resorts, Nikiti and Neos Marmaras.
Our apartments are built in a 1500m2 area which is surrounded by olive trees and colorful natural plantation and is characterized from its "greek island" style. The sea is very near, in just 50 meters of distance.
Olive House consists of:
• 3 two bed apartments on the ground floor, where in one of them there is a possibility of adding an extra bed.
• 1 two bed apartment on the first floor with the possibility to accommodate a child on the specially designed loft.
• 6 four bed apartments, with the possibility of accomodating 2 adults and 2 children.
