Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Olea Luxury Villa has accommodation units with 2 swimming pools - Frosso and Filippos apartments.

Frosso apartments (50m2) are on the ground floor and consist of a living room (2 sofa beds) with a kitchen, one bedroom (double bed), and a bathroom. They can host two adults and two children.

Filippos apartments (60m2) have a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The living room has one sofa bed, one bedroom has a double bed, and the other has a single bed and a double bed. They can host six people.

The kitchens offer two hotplates, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a large fridge with a freezer.

Cleaning is done every day while towels and bed linen are changed every three days.

Balconies and verandas overlook the pool. The facility has private parking.
