Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, or in a case of no-show, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Olea Luxury Suites is located 500 meters from the beach, in the central part of Asprovalta and offers garden with gazebo.
Accommodation
Olea Luxury Suites includes studios located in the basement, ground floor and 1st floor and can accommodate 3-4 people.Triple studios have a double bed and one single bed (can be classic or sofa), kitchenette and bathroom. Can accommodate 3 people.
Quadruple studios: there are 2 types for 4 adults and for 2 adults and 2 children up to 15 years old. Studios for 4 adults have a double bed and two single beds, while the other type has a double bed and a bunk bed. Both include kitchenette and bathroom.
