Okkio Apartments

Okkio Apartments refers to a complex consisting of 4 accommodation units, located in the small seaside village of Vergia, near the town of Nea Kallikratia (Kassandra). Only a narrow street separates this property from the beautiful blue Aegean Sea — it is situated directly on the seafront, on Okkio Beach, where the bar of the same name is also located. The accommodation is 35 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport, which is about a 30-minute drive by car.

Accommodation

The interior of the entire complex, including all accommodation units, is designed according to the highest standards of modern aesthetics. The complex includes 4 accommodation units located on the first floor — two triple apartments and two quadruple apartments.

Triple Apartment

It features one bedroom, a balcony, a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchen. The total capacity of this apartment is three people.

The bedroom includes one double bed, a smart TV, a wardrobe, a large mirror with a vanity table suitable for makeup, chairs, and direct access to a balcony equipped with outdoor furniture and offering a sea view.

The living room is air-conditioned and has a sofa that can accommodate one person for sleeping. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a double induction cooktop (two burners), kitchenware, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator.

The bathroom is standardly equipped with a shower cabin, sink, and toilet. Guests are provided with a hairdryer and personal hygiene items — toothpaste, a toothbrush, and shampoo.

Quadruple Apartment

It features one bedroom, a balcony, a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchen. The total capacity of this apartment is four people.

The bedroom includes one double bed, a smart TV, a wardrobe, a large mirror with a vanity table suitable for makeup, chairs, and direct access to a balcony equipped with outdoor furniture and offering a sea view.

The living room has one air-conditioning unit and two sofas that can accommodate two people for sleeping. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a double induction cooktop (two burners), kitchenware, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator.

The bathroom is standardly equipped with a shower cabin, sink, and toilet. Guests are provided with a hairdryer and personal hygiene items — a toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo.

Parking is provided for all guests of the complex, as well as bed linen and towels, which are changed every 3 days. To ensure a clean and fresh stay, daily cleaning service is provided. The entire complex is covered by free wireless internet.
