Okean Apartments are located just 70 meters from the beach in Ierissos, on the Athos peninsula. The complex offers 5 apartments accommodating 4 to 6 guests, making it an excellent choice for families or groups of friends.
Accommodation
Apartment No. 1Located on the high ground floor (8 steps above ground level) at the front of the building, this apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed. The living area includes a sofa bed, kitchen, and dining area. The apartment has two bathrooms and a very spacious terrace (70 m²) with a sea view.
Apartment No. 2
Situated on the high ground floor at the back of the building, this apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a single bed and a sofa bed for one person), a living room with kitchen and dining table, bathroom, and a terrace with table and chairs. Guests also have access to a small, nicely arranged garden.
Apartment No. 3
Located on the first floor, this apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and offers a sea view. It features three bedrooms – one with a double bed, one with a double bed and a single sofa bed, and one with a single bed. The apartment includes a spacious living room, kitchen, dining area, and two bathrooms.
Apartment No. 4
Suitable for up to 5 guests, this apartment is located on the first floor and overlooks a neighboring yard. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen with dining table, bathroom, and a furnished terrace.
Apartment No. 5
Located in the attic on the second floor, this apartment is ideal for a family of five. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, a living room with a sofa, kitchen with dining area, bathroom, and a terrace with sea view and outdoor dining area.
All apartments are equipped with air conditioning in every room, free Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. Kitchens include a stove with two or three hot plates, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, and kettle. A baby cot and highchair are available free of charge upon request. Cleaning service and bed linen and towel change are provided every 4 days.
The complex does not have private parking, but free street parking is available in front of the property.
