Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Nuovo Suites is located only 20 meters from the small beach and 750 meters from the city beach, in Neos Marmaras, on the peninsula of Sithonia.

Offers modern rooms for up to 2 adults and 2 children up to 16 years old.

Accommodation

Nuovo Suites consists of four modern rooms, three of them located on the 1st floor and one located on the 2nd floor.

All rooms have one space with a double bed and a double sofa bed, bathroom terrace.

Baby cot can be added on request.
