• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Ntinas House Sozopolis represents a comfortable property located in Nea Plagia, on the western coast of the Halkidiki peninsula. It is situated one kilometer from the beach and 44 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport. The maximum capacity of this property is 10 guests.

Accommodation

The property features a large yard and a ground-floor house comprising a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a veranda with outdoor furniture.

The living room includes three sofa beds, a television, and an air conditioner.

The first bedroom contains one double bed, the second bedroom has one double bed and one sofa bed, while the third one also has a double bed. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is well equipped – it includes a refrigerator, cooktop, oven, kettle, toaster, extractor hood, microwave, kitchenware, washing machine, and dishwasher.

The bathroom is standardly equipped – it includes a shower, toilet, and sink.

Guests are provided with parking within the complex. The accommodation is covered by free wireless internet. Pets are welcome upon request, and a baby cot and high chair are also available upon request.
