• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

The prices from tables are raised by 30% for stays during the following periods:
• 09.04-14.04;
• 01.05-03.05;
• 30.05-01.06.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

The apartment 45 km2 is very tastefully decorated and modern. The whole apartment consists of one bedroom and living / bedroom with pull-out couch and a well equipped kitchen corner with dining table. The living room has a large sofa bed, TV, heating, well equipped kitchenette, dining table with 4 chairs, shower / WC, terrace with garden furniture and sea view. Notus Villa 1 can accommodate 2-3 persons.
