• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 20 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Nissos Rooms is located 300 meters from the beach and center, on Ammouliani island.

Object is opened in 2015 and is newly built. The nearest restaurant is 100 m away, market is 100 m away and the bakery are the distance 50 m from the Nissos Rooms.

Accommodation

Nissos Rooms consists of 9 rooms: four rooms are double rooms and five rooms are triple rooms.

Double rooms are about 15m2 - 17m2, while triple rooms are about 20m2 and all offer terrace, air conditioning, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, small fridge, kettle, coffee machine, safety deposit box and bathroom with a shower with curtain and hair dryer.

Cooking is forbidden.

Baby cot can be added on request.
