• Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach in front of the hotel are also included in prices.

• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 40% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance needs to be paid 7 days before arrival.

• Adult - 46 EUR per day for the periods 25/04-31/05 and 01/10-21/10, 52 EUR per day from 1st June until the end of September
• Children 0-2 years old - free of charge
• Chidren 3-12 years old - 50% of the extra person rate

Cancelation policy
• Any cancellation made within 14 days before arrival results to 50% of the total cost of the reservation.
• Any cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival, no-show or reduced stay results in 100% payment of entire reservation.
• In case of no show, or of departure prior to the scheduled one, the hotel has the authority to charge the client with the full amount of the cost of the reservation.

Description

Nissia Apartments complex is located in Kamari on the island of Santorini, next to the famous black sand Nissia beach. It offers 20 units that can accommodate 2-6 people. Within the complex, there is also a swimming pool with a bar and a garden. Some of the units also offer hot tubs.

Accommodation

The property offers a view of the Aegean Sea and the famous Santorini sunset. In front of the apartment, there is a pool area with a bar. Guests can use sunbeds and umbrellas for free. The complex also offers accompanying facilities such as a snack bar, reception, and car and bicycle rental service. Public parking is 100 meters from the apartment.

The complex offers 10 units that are decorated following local tradition, combining wood and turquoise tones. All are equipped with a Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, and satellite television. They have private bathrooms with showers, terraces with a table and chairs and kitchenettes with a sink, refrigerator and stovetop. Some apartments also offer jacuzzi tubs.
