Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Nisi House Beachfront is located in Ormylia, 4 kilometers from Psakoudia in Sithonia and 170 meters from the beach. The house offers a sea view and can accommodate six adults and two children.

Accommodation

The entrance to the house is elevated and reached by stairs. The house consists of three bedrooms - one with a double bed, the second with a single bed, and the third with a couch. The spacious living room features two more sofas, an armchair, and a fireplace.

The accommodation includes a kitchen with a stove, an oven, a large refrigerator, a coffee maker, a microwave, and a dining area.

There are also two private bathrooms - one with a shower cabin and the other with a bathtub.

The house is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi and television.

Guests have at their disposal a spacious terrace with a view of the sea, a yard, a barbecue, and a private parking lot. Pets are welcome.
