Niriides Apartments is a complex in the central part of Lefkada Town, located 330 meters from the port, 3.5 km from Agios Ioannis beach, and 4 km from Kariotes beach. Free public parking is about 200 meters from the complex, the bus stop is 500 meters away, and there is a children's playground just 30 meters away.

The facility offers accommodation for 2-4 people.

There are 4 types of accommodation units.

• Comfort studio for 2 persons - two units of this type are available. Each includes a double bed, a kitchen with a small refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, and an oven, a dining table, and a private bathroom with a shower.

• Superior studio for 3 persons - two units of this type are available, one with a double and a single bed, and the other with a double bed and a foldable armchair. The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The studio has a private bathroom with a shower.

• Apartment for 4 people - has a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the other room has a double sofa bed. The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, and a microwave. The private bathroom has a shower. There are 5 such apartments available

• Suite for 4 people - consists of two spaces that are not separated by a door. There is a double bed in the bedroom area, and a double sofa bed in the room with the kitchen. The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a microwave, and a dining table. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. There are 3 units of this type available.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, hairdryers, irons, and bathrobes. They also have terraces with tables and chairs. All kitchens include electric kettles, coffee makers, and toasters.
