• Deposit of 40% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Nina Studios 2 is set in Skala Potamia, on the island of Thassos, about 300m from the beach and the central square. The accommodation units have a maximum capacity for 4 people.

Accommodation

There are 10 studios (25m²) in total. Each one contains a double bed or 2 united single beds and a folding sofa for a child. 4 studios can be quadruple as they have another standard single bed that pulls out under the double.

The studios are fitted with an air conditioner, a well-equipped kitchenette, a LCD TV and a hairdryer, as well as terrace with seating furniture.

Baby cot is available upon request. Cleaning & replacement of the bed linen and towels take place every third day.

Guests can use a barbecue, a shared ourdoor kitchen and an outdoor dining area in the garden.

Free private parking is provided and it's located next to the property.
