Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Nikos House is located 100 meters from Paradisos Beach, in Neos Marmaras, on the Sithonia Peninsula. It offers accommodation for 3-5 people with a yard, private parking, and a partial view of the sea.

Accommodation

There are three studios available on the second floor - two can accommodate 2-3 people each, while the third is five-bedded.

Double studios have two single beds joined together, with the possibility of adding an extra bed for a third person.

The five-bed studio has a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed.

All studios have a kitchen that includes a refrigerator and a two-burner stove, and a private bathroom with a shower. They are air-conditioned and equipped with television, free Wi-Fi internet, and mosquito nets. A hairdryer is available on request. Rooms are cleaned and sheets and towels are changed every three days.

All three units have terraces with a partial view of the sea. There is a spacious shared terrace with a seating area at the back side of the building.

Within the complex is a beautifully landscaped yard with a summerhouse, outdoor furniture, and a grill (one large and three smaller portable grills are available). Free private parking for 6-7 vehicles is provided.

Pets are not allowed.
