• Note: The tourist tax (2€ per day/room) is not included in regular prices.
• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of an early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Nikos Apartments is located 450 m from the Talgo beach, about 2 minutes drive from the famous beach Lagonisi, several minutes from the Trani Ammouda beach and about 1,3 km from Ormos Panagias.

Offers lush garden, peace, playground and private parking.

Accommodation

Nikos Apartments consists of 13 accommodation units: 4 studios and 9 apartments, all renovated in 2007, but apartments on the 2nd floor are newer.

Double studios (15m²) - there are two double studios with a double bed. On is a bit smaller.

Quadruple studios (23m²) - there are two studios of this type. One has a double bed and a sofa bed, the other includes a double bed and a bunk bed.

Apartments (28m²) - there are 9 apartments. Three apartments have bedroom with a double bed and kitchen area with sofa bed. Six apartments includes bedroom with a double bed and kitchen space with a bunk bed.
