Accommodation cancellation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Accommodation
The villa is spread over three levels.
The ground floor consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom features a double bed and an extra sofa that converts into a bed for two people.
The first floor includes an air-conditioned living room with two sofa beds and an additional sofa for two people, as well as a kitchen (stove, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, microwave). There is also a terrace with an outdoor dining area.
On the second floor there is a third air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a terrace. An extra bed is also available.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning in every room, free Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Guests have access to a garden with a barbecue (on request) and free private parking for 2 vehicles.
