• In the period from 26/4 to 28/5, the minimum number of nights is 3. In the period of 29/05 to 20/09 minimum number of nights is 7. After 21/9, minimum number of nights is 5.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Nikolas House is located in Halkidiki, in the center of Nea Heraklia, 140 meters from the beach and 5 kilometers from Nea Kalikratia. The house can accommodate four people and offers a fenced yard with a barbecue.

Accommodation

The house has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. The second room features a living area with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a dining table. The kitchen includes a two-burner stove, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and kitchenware. There is also a private bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, and a hairdryer.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. An iron and an ironing board are available, while towels and bed linen are changed every four days.

In front of the entrance is a porch with a table and chairs, and at the back of the house is a spacious furnished terrace. Guests have access to a yard with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area. Cars can be parked on the street in front of the accommodation.
