• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

House Rules
• Check-in: after 14:00; Check-out: until 11:00.
• 15:00-17:00 are considered quiet hours.
• All doors and windows must be closed for air-conditioning to work properly.
• The stovetop can be turned on after the pot is placed on it.
• Please note: The lawn is intended for relaxation only, not for children’s play. It is maintained professionally by a lawn and garden care company to keep it beautiful for everyone’s enjoyment.
• There is a specific area in the yard for disposing garbage.
• The paper must not be disposed in the toilet.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

The Nikolas Apartments are located in Leptokarya, just 20 m from the beach, and very close to the tourist center of the city overlooking the famous Mount Olympus. Experience unforgettable moments in a peaceful and hospitable atmosphere in the cosmopolitan village Leptokaria, in the region of Pieria.

Accommodation

The complex has been fully renovated during the period 2024-2026.

If you want to spend your holiday in peace and security, by the sea, Nikolaos Apartments offers triple and quadruple apartments. All apartments are very spacious and include a fully equipped kitchen, private terrace, air conditioning, TV, and free Wi-Fi.

There are apartments and studios on the ground floor, and one renovated apartment on the first floor. The renovated apartment can accommodate 4 guests, and features a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa. Currently, a new renovation is underway, after which all four-bed units (except the already renovated apartment) will have a double and two single beds. In one of the units, one single bed will be located in the hallway, while in the others it will be in the same room. There will be no possibility to add an extra bed or a baby cot.

Towels and bed linen may be replaced upon request.

There are also parking and a large green garden. The accommodation is ideal for families with children, the elderly and persons with special needs.

Bili smo početkom avgusta 2025.godine, apartmani novi renovirani i besprekorno čisti. Gazdarica je za svaku preporuku, brine o svemu da vam ništa ne fali, nije napadna ali uvek na raspologanju kad vam treba nešto. U blizini ima svega, marketa, taverni, šetalište. ocena 10000/10

idemo svake godine vec nekoliko godina.Najlepše dvorište u Leprikariji.Uredno čisto vrlo blizu plaze i ostalog sadrzaja. vlasnica Stamatija više nego srdačna suprug takodje.Pošteni korektni.Jedva cekamo da ih zagrlimo opet❤️

Najbolje od najboljeg,sve preporuke za ovaj smeštaj,bili u augustu 2021.Neplanirano ostali duže jedan dan i vlasnici Giantsiou nisu hteli da naplate taj dan.Fenomenalni ljudi,već par godina idemo kod njih i to se ne može opisati već samo treba doživeti.Sve je blizu i organizovano.Veliki pozdrav za vlasnike Stamatiju i Janisa i vidimo se u 2022.godini.

Moja nijiskrenija preporuka za smeštaj , higijena čista 10-ka gazdarica Stamatija odrzava sve bezprekorno čisto , za sve godine boravka u Grčkoj i po hotelima to nisam zatekao . Klima u ceni. Parking u dvoristu u hladu ispod drveta. Od plaze deli samo ulica Bili tamo od 07-15.7.. Best bay smestaj 👌:thumbsup:

Slazem se sa svim pohvalama. Mi smo prosle godine bili na spratu. Cistoca je za svaku pohvalu. Letovacemo opet tu sigurno samo sada verovatno u prizemlju.

Predivno, bili pocetkom avgusta 2019. vlasnici fenomenalni, narocito vlasnica Stamatia Giantsi uvek je tu na usluzi, pozitivna osoba, blizina svega (plaza, setaliste, prodavnice). Nadam se da cu i ove godine ponovo kod njih krejem avgusta samo da se smiri ova situacija sa koronom. Sve preporuke za ovaj objekat i porodicu Giantsi.
