Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Nikola Luxury Apartments Nikiti is located on the western coast of the Sithonia peninsula, in Nikiti, 550 meters from the beach and 88 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport. The property consists of two apartments, and the maximum capacity of one apartment is 5 guests.

Accommodation

Both apartments have the same layout – each unit includes a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a terrace, and a bathroom.

The living room features one sofa, a television, and an air conditioner. Each bedroom is furnished with one double bed and one air conditioner. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is well equipped – it includes an oven, flat cooktop stove, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, and kitchenware. A washing machine is also available for guests. The bathroom is standardly equipped – it includes a shower cabin, sink, and toilet.

The entire accommodation is covered by free wireless internet. Parking is available on the street in front of the property. Pets are not allowed.
