Cancellation policy
• If the accommodation unit is canceled up to 28 days before the arrival date, the paid deposit will not be refunded to the guest.

Accommodation
The property offers apartments, studios, and maisonettes.
Apartments (No. 1, 5, 11, and 15) have one separate bedroom with a French bed and a living room with a sofa (in quadruple apartments, the sofa can be unfolded into a bed for two people).
Studios (No. 2, 3, 4, 12, 13, and 14) have either a double bed or two single beds. Some studios are triple and include an additional single bed.
Maisonettes (No. 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25) are triple or quadruple. Triple maisonettes have a sofa on the ground floor and a French bed or two joined single beds on the upper floor. Quadruple maisonettes have a French bed on the lower level and two joined single beds on the upper floor.
All accommodation units feature a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, a stove with two burners, an electric kettle, and a coffee machine; a terrace with seating furniture and a view of the courtyard or the sea (ground-floor units have a veranda); and a standard bathroom with a shower cabin, sink, and toilet. A safety deposit box is provided, and a baby cot is available upon request.
All units are air-conditioned and covered with free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included in the price and is served from 8:00 to 10:30. Bed linen and towels are provided – towels are changed every 2 days, and bed linen every 5 days. Cleaning is done daily (except Sundays). Pets are not allowed. All units are equipped with a TV and a hair dryer.
Reception hours: 10:00 – 18:00 (phone contact is available 24 hours a day). Parking is available at an additional cost of 10 EUR per day (from July 1 to August 31, the price is 15 EUR per day). Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool with sun loungers.
