Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Nikiti Beach Apartments built in Nikiti at August 2015. The estate is located within a small distance 450m from village center and 450m from the most popular marvelous beaches. Very close from ''Easy life'' you can find everything you need: super markets, breakfast food stores, different restaurants and taverns, touristic and jewelry shops where you can make good and profitable buys.

Accommodation

Groundfloor 2-3 person studios:
• Consists of four different decoration studios, each one with private garden. A studio with kitchen and en-suite bathroom that can accommodate to 3 guests. Each unit has a double bed and a sofa bed of smaller dimensions suitable for children, with a possibility of adding an extra bed, All of them have a fully-equipped kitchen, an mirror A/C, a 23" LCD satellite TV and a hair-dryer.

First Floor 2-3 person studios:
• There are two studios with a big balcony. All of them have Kitchen, Refrigerator, Air Condition (with cooling-heating), TV, Parking, Internet free Wi-Fi. These studios have a double bed, with a possibility of adding an extra bed.

Our main concerns are the cleanliness of the rooms and the beauty of the exterior in order for you to enjoy your vacation.
